Strong Woman Syndrome

I coined the term "Strong Woman Syndrome" in 2016 during a pivotal time in my life. Working between routes and navigating significant personal changes, I found purpose in uplifting others and sharing encouragement. That simple act of brightening someone's day became my own source of joy.

As women, we wear countless hats—referee, judge, manager, navigator, nurse, cook, spokesperson. We juggle family, work, and daily responsibilities while often neglecting ourselves. We put on brave faces when life feels like a hailstorm, especially as single parents, partners, and professionals.

These shirts celebrate that strength. They're visual reminders of the resilience and courage that women of all walks of life carry every day. I created them because I get it. I understand the great days and the difficult ones. I know what it means to show up, even when it's hard.

My mission is simple: help women recognize their own power and know they're not alone in this journey. I'm grateful for who I'm becoming, and I'd love for you to be part of this story with me.
